MailChimp is an American company, and all collected data is stored on American servers with an inadequate level of security.

In general, the data remains stored on Mailchimp’s servers permanently and is only deleted upon your request. You can have your contact removed from our records. This will permanently erase all your personal data for us and anonymize you in the Mailchimp reports.


4.3.4. RapidMail
We use the services of the newsletter company RapidMail on our website. The operator of RapidMail is rapidmail GmbH, Wentzingerstraße 21, 79106 Freiburg im Breisgau. With RapidMail, we can easily send you interesting news via newsletter and stay in contact with you. 4.3.5. Facebook
This website uses “Facebook Pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or for residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”).   • Purpose: Processing of personal data in the context of any business relationships with customers and suppliers as part of business activities, including systematic recording of all business transactions related to income and expenses.
  • Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), performance of a contract, necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), fulfillment of a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR), legitimate interest, particularly in defense, exercise, and enforcement of legal claims (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR).
  • Retention period: Until the termination of the business relationship or until the expiration of the applicable warranty, liability, statute of limitations, and legal retention periods for the client (especially under the Federal Fiscal Code – BAO); beyond that, until the resolution of any legal disputes in which the data is needed as evidence.
  • Recipients/Recipient categories: Tax office, courts and authorities, suppliers, collection agencies for debt recovery, banks involved in payments to the affected party or third parties, legal representatives, auditors, payroll accountants.
